Small Business Marketing Scholarship
Zampi is a software and community that simplifies marketing for small service-based
businesses, making it easier for them to grow. At Zampi, we also want to help students grow and reach their dreams.
That is why we created the Zampi Scholarship
to provide funds to students to help them pay for their college education and
achieve their goal of a diploma.
Our $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an incoming or current college
student bi-annually, one payment in the spring semester and one in the fall.
Applicants must be enrolled or accepted into an accredited 2-year or 4-year
undergraduate program in the U.S. All majors and years will be eligible
to apply. Only one submission is permitted per applicant. Previous winners
will not be able to enter again.

The Zampi Scholarship Committee will review the marketing plans and select
a winner. The winner will be notified via email by October 5, 2020
The funds from the scholarship must be used for tuition, books,
university fees, or other course-related expenses. By applying for the
Small Business Marketing Scholarship, you agree that all submitted
material can be published on Zampi's website. Zampi Inc. reserves the rights
to edit or modify all submitted material before and after it is posted.
How to enter
Any student who meets the eligibility requirements is invited to apply for
the Small Business Marketing Scholarship. To apply, students must create and write a marketing
plan for a small business selected from the below list of industries.
The marketing plan should be generic, not customized to a specific existing business.

Business Marketing Scholarship. To apply, students must write a short essay
(minimum of 800 words) on how a small business could grow in today’s digital
world. The essay should cover at least 2 of the following marketing strategies:
- SEO (search engine optimization)
- Local SEO
- Google Ads
- Organic Social Media
- Paid Social Media
- Retargeting Ads
You should consider the following challenges that small businesses face when writing your essay:

- Small teams that are not trained for marketing
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Where their target audience is
- Other challenges small businesses face.
The essay should be written in an easy-to-read blog format. We will use these essays
to help small businesses grow, so they should be targeted to help real businesses
compete in today's competitive business climate.
Please pick an industry from the list below, we will only accept four submissions
for each industry. Once the maximum submissions for a category have been entered,
the industry category will disappear from the list so please do not delay in submitting
your essay after it is written.
