Some customers want to leave a review, they just think that it is going to be harder than it actually is. Remove any barriers your customer has for leaving a review by writing out the instructions. You can either leave a print-out of the instructions at the front desk of your business, or you could include the instructions on your website. Keep the instructions very simple.
Leave Clients with a Physical Reminder
Customers are more likely to leave a review if they are reminded about it later on. A physical reminder, such as a card or pamphlet, will nudge the client to go on their phone and leave the review. One way to remind clients is to include instructions for how to leave a review on the back of your business card.
